Tiago Camargo

Tiago works as a member of our immigrant visa employment-based team. Tiago has experience working with a number of nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visas, including E-2, O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW applications.

With over 15 years of diverse legal experience, Tiago has established himself as a devoted and meticulous professional in both law firms and corporate environments. A graduate from Brazil, Tiago further honed his expertise with a Master’s Degree (L.L.M) from BYU J. Reuben Clark Law School. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and possessing an advanced proficiency in French, he has adeptly handled numerous international commercial transactions. Tiago’s firsthand experience with the EB2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) immigration process in 2019 offers him a unique understanding of the challenges and intricacies from an applicant’s perspective. This invaluable experience deepens his empathy for clients navigating their own immigration pathways, setting him apart as an extraordinarily understanding and compassionate advocate.
