Lorena manages the internal affairs of ImmiVisa. Lorena Tippetts is an immigrant from Brazil and became a U.S. Citizen in 2011. Lorena’s academic pursuits led her to the University of Utah, where she secured a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, complemented by a minor in Spanish. But it’s not just her academic credentials that shine; it’s her rich tapestry of experiences. With a deep-rooted expertise in family and transactional immigration law, Lorena’s passion lies in assisting individuals from diverse cultural tapestries, a testament to her own immigrant journey.
During her collegiate years, Lorena’s commitment to making a difference saw her intern at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Here, she played a pivotal role in aiding refugees with job placements, further solidifying her dedication to the immigrant community. Her altruistic endeavors didn’t stop there. As the Community Outreach Manager at The More Project, Lorena championed the cause of underserved children and teenagers in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
