About

Kelsey Palma is an immigration attorney and graduate from BYU Law School. Kelsey works in our nonimmigrant visa department, where she is an expert in all forms of employment-based nonimmigrant visas, including E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1A, O-1B, and TN visas. She pursued a legal education with the objective to learn from and work with individuals and families who need assistance navigating the U.S. immigration system. During law school she worked with immigration attorneys to prepare both family-based and employment-based petitions. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Kelsey loves camping, puzzles, and spending time with her daughter in her free time.
