Felipe Brino EB Head Attorney

About

Felipe is a valuable member of our employment-based immigrant visa department. With his wealth of experience, Felipe handles both nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visas. He is well-versed in E-2, H-1B, P-1, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM applications, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Born in 1991 in the charming town of Botucatu, SP, Brazil, Felipe Brino’s inclination towards the legal world was evident from the outset. This drive steered him to “Instituição Toledo de Ensino” in Sao Paulo, where, by 2015, he had secured his LLB. Determined to gain practical experience, Felipe plunged into multiple internships during his studies, navigating through labor, civil, and tax law sectors. This hands-on experience was further enriched with a significant tenure as a law clerk for the General Attorney of Sao Paulo state.

Post-graduation, the Martuci Mellilo Law Office became the proving ground for Felipe’s budding legal career. Yet, with a thirst for global perspectives and a broader understanding, he journeyed to the US. There, in 2021, he embarked on an LLM at the distinguished BYU Law School. By 2022, not only had he acquired his LLM degree, but he also showcased his legal prowess by passing the New York BAR exam by early 2023.

On the personal front, Felipe finds joy and balance as a devoted husband and father, cherishing the moments with his young daughter. His life paints a vivid picture of dedication, hard work, and familial warmth, inspiring many who cross his path.
